40-60% lighter than wood and much stronger as well. Fire, rot and rodent resistant and oh...steel is made from 100% recycled material.
"My husband and I both work from home now and even with a nanny, there are still too many distractions to be productive. We were also quoted over $50,000 to add on to our house. This Solar Powered Back Yard office was thousands less and we both have a quiet and aesthetically pleasing space in which to work (and rest) just a few steps away from the house."

Plenty of space to work and even host a client or two. With steel framing, insulation and double pane windows, you will have the most tranquil setting with our amazing studio and an interior with your favorite furnishings. The vaulted 11' ceiling doesn't hurt either.
Solar depends on the roof having a good view of the sky and preferably facing South. East or West is fine but North is a no go. Also, having too many trees prohibits solar as well. Having an electrician run electric to your studio is necessary for about 30% of our customers. If solar is a fit, then you could qualify for a 26% direct tax credit!
Optional LCD electronic shading adds the option of privacy on demand along with shading from bright light.
Rain, hail, snow, ice. Golf balls, baseballs and rocks. No other siding product stands up to these tests like LP Smart Siding. There is cement board which is common in large home builders then there is LP Smart Siding. Available in smooth lap, cedar lap, board and batten and shaker. A superior product for a superior product.
Like you, we find it aggravating when you see something you want or need and you get every detail except the important one. How much does it cost! So, here you go.
As pictured with solar and batteries etc. This unit is $46,995 plus delivery. However, you can subtract about $6,500 for the Federal Solar Tax Credit which makes it $40,995.
Compare this to the typical cost to add on to your home which could be $60k - 80K or more. Compare this investment to renting a small office and the numbers make even more sense.
Other costs you may incur are approximately $1,000 for a concrete pad and any landscaping you would like. Delivery depends on your location (Distance) and if we need a crane. A crane can range between $1,200 - $6,000 with the average being in the $2,500 range.
In a remote location? It's not cheap but a helicopter crane can do the trick. The cost of a helicopter crane starts at $850/hr and the clock starts when they leave from their base.
